Securedseparate Septic is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent septic and sewer providers. Providers do the work. We do not.
We say this up front because you should know who you are dealing with.
Septic and sewer trouble is stressful. Homeowners often do not know who to call or what a fair job looks like. Bad work costs more later. It can hurt the system, the yard and the home's value.
This site exists to make the first step simple. A clear starting point beats a long search while a drain is backing up. Protect the home by getting the job done right the first time.
You send a request through the form, or you can request a callback to ask about provider availability. We note the service, the town and the problem. Then we route it to a provider in our network who serves your area.
That provider contacts you. You talk through the issue and get a quote. If it works for you, you hire them. If not, you walk away. There is no obligation.
A few details help a provider understand the job fast:
Do not worry if you are missing some of this. A provider can ask questions and work out the rest.
We ask providers in our network to do a few basic things:
Providers run their own businesses. They set their own prices, schedules and methods. Availability varies.
We do not pump tanks. We do not repair sewer lines. We do not send trucks or work crews to your home. We do not set prices or promise outcomes.
We also do not decide for you. The contract is between you and the provider.
Costs vary by job, property and system. Ask for the quote in writing. Check what it covers, such as labor, disposal and any follow-up visits. If the number looks very different from another quote, ask why. A good provider will explain it in plain terms.
Being open about money matters. Providers in our network may pay for the requests and calls we send them. You pay us nothing to submit a request. Your price comes from the provider, and you see it before you agree to anything.
Some policies may cover sudden damage. Check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
