How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Securedseparate Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Securedseparate Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Securedseparate Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide things for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@securedseparate.property. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may help.
